Skylie's Talk

My talk is about reading the Book of Mormon.

My family tries to read the scriptures as a family everyday. But sometimes we watch the Book of Mormon videos. Sometimes we play games or draw on the white board. Sometimes we forget, but that’s okay because we’re working on it. I think reading the Book of Mormon is important because it helps build your testimony, and you’ll be blessed.

 The Savior said that the Book of Mormon contains “the fulness of [His] everlasting gospel.” And Joseph Smith said the Book of Mormon is “the most correct of any book on earth, and the keystone of our religion.”

 I know the church is true, and I know the Book of Mormon is, too. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
