I'd fallen asleep while Matt drove us from Lava Hot Springs to Rexburg, Idaho.
I felt the car stopping and thought we were in Rexburg.
But we'd stopped at the Idaho Falls Temple.
I thought Matt was playing a joke.
Even when he said: "Where do you want this relationship to go?"
Erin: "I don't know. Where do you want it to go?"
Matt: Started the sweet talk
I realized he was serious when he got down on one knee, pulled out a diamond ring, and proposed.
My answer: "Yes, but the ring's on my wrong hand." (You think I could have let that one slide. But no.)
A little over two months later...
